Ina-Garten

Ina Garten is a well-known American cookbook author as well as an Emmy Award-winning host on Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa that began in 2002, and has been aired for up to 2020 in 27 seasons. Ina Garten began her career in the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget documents. Although she initially found the position intellectually stimulating and exciting, she soon became bored. Barefoot Contessa was then bought. After 18 years of making her store a huge success, she sold it, and then began writing her first book. Then, a number of books were released and she also contributed to magazine articles. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too was launched and quickly became a huge success. She also sells everything from cooking equipment to items and even containers. Ina did not go to any cookery schools nor did she work in a dining establishment. She is entirely self-taught. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her straightforward cooking style is well-known. She is well-known for her quick and easy recipes, such as Skillet Baked Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and with Beef Bourguignon and balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts.
