She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the training. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
