She has collaborated with executives from diverse industries in order to enhance the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is of the opinion that learning is one of the key elements of leading.
